I wanted to stop an oil leak high rear of engine.replaced all upper gaskets,head,intake,exh,cam shaft,valve cover,injectors,evrything in the kit except valve seals.new thermostat,timing belt water pump and tensioner.I now have a flashing D indicator a p1753 code,car is in overdrive no shifting at all and the main cruise sw on dash will not turn on indicator.any ideas appreciated
Fri afternoon found plug under EGR valve not plugged in.

Transmission sensors / solenoids / wiring damaged or not plugged in. It could also be a situation like older models where some of the plugs are the same so it is possible to plug in wrong.
