Front disc brakes dragging

Front disc brakes dragging
I have a 91 honda civic.the guy I got the car from informed me that the calibers.MC.brake booster.rubber brake lines had all been replaced.i bleed the system numerous times.but after driving and using brakes for about 4 miles the the front disc brakes begin to drag.after jacking up the front end I realize that both of the calibers are stuck to the point where I have to extremely apply pressure to rotate the tires.but after I open the bleed screw the tires free up.the thing that puzzles me is when I bleed the brakes. I get a steady stream of fluid but while there stuck no fluid comes out of the bleeder..please help

I'd say even though he says he replaced the brake hoses, I'd do it again. Old or cheap hoses will collapse internally and hold pressure against the caliper. When you open the bleeder, the pressure is released. I had this problem on my corvette. The rear calipers locked up so hard I couldn't drive home. Cheap and easy fix. Check with a real mechanic if you don't think this will take care of the problem. Good luck.
