Front end chattering/vibration???

Default Front end chattering/vibration???
I bought a 91 Civic with only 34K miles on it about a year ago. It needed both front axles replaced. Shortly after replacing them, I started getting a chattering/vibration when I made left turns, usually when going up a slight grade and accelerating. So, I replaced both axles again and it still does it and it's getting worse. Any ideas?
