Unhappy Front end vibration

Hey guys! I have to sell my Honda in a few months, but want to get it running great for the next owner. I've had an ongoing front end vibration problem that Id like to get solved prior to selling it. Here's what Ive got:

1998 Civic Ex 2d. Front end vibration on braking and at speeds from 25 to 35Mph.

-At 25 to 35, vibration is at its worst. Will not gradually build up or slow down, but is either there or it isnt. Can also be felt on braking.

So far I've:
-Replaced front tires
-Replaced front brakes/rotors
-Had an alignment done

I also put it up on jacks, removed both front tires, started the car and got it upto 50mph. While at this speed I noticed the front left axle had a hefty wobble to it, whereas the right rotated nice and smooth.

Ideas?

make sure the axle nut is tight and also make sure that the boots dont have any tears or rips
