Car head lights on beep
My 2002 Honda Civic stopped beeping when I forget to turn off the lights after turning off the car. I forgot to turn off the lights today and the battery died. I installed a new battery from Walmart just now.
Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get the beeps back when the lights are on?

ice -
the exact problem you described happened to my 2004 Si today as well. also, none of my dash lights will come on along with my daytime running lights. changed fuses and inspected wiring harnesses behind shifter and radio bezel but can't seem to find a resolution.
are any of your lights out as well?

why did you buy a new battery just because your died....??? you just wasted alot of money... (they do recharge). have you called honda to see if maybe there is a recall? or a known problem to it?
stupid mistake on my part - forgot to check the under-hood fuses.
i replaced the one labeled "small light", fuse 2, 15A (way-to-go honda for the description, ay?) and everything came back up - beep and all.
i'm sure you've already considered this but just thought i'd mention just in case
