lights on reminder beep is broken
I need some help with this, I suspect that it's a fuse, but I don't know which one is controlled by this. I remember it working before, but lately it hasn't. To the point where I would leave my headlights on and have to get a jump. Afterwards, the car works great... until I leave my lights on again because the beep isn't working. grrr... Or could it be something else?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I don't think it is a seperate fuse. The beeper is on the fuse block and directly tied into the various things that it warns against. So it's almost certainly the unit itself. Take the beeper unit out and resolder it inside, similar to doing a main relay. Or just replace it with one from a junk car.

well, 92-95 civics came with one ONLY if the deal offered it as an option. If you want it, you can get one off of ebay with directions. It takes 5 minutes to do, seriously!!

You can probably do it even cheaper if you go to radioshack and get just a random buzzer and plug it in. There are 5 misc. male plugs on top on the fuse box. You simply plug the two ends of the buzzer into two of the misc. plugs (I forget which ones) and then it works.
As for any other year civic, I don't know.
