What would the signs, symptoms, and side effectsof a frozen upper control arm be? I have one that was stuck in the upmost position. I just want to hear your responses to see how much of my problem was caused by this and not the 17,000 other things that I changed.

 

Or are there any symptoms? Seems to me that it wouldn't allow the suspension to go up and down on that side.
