Fuel pump test
I am using my Haynes manual.
It gives me directions to test my fuel pump by touching the positive probe of a volt meter to the black/yellow wire and the negative probe to the black wire, then turn on ignition switch and verify there is voltage available.
I got a voltage reading of 9.7. Then the book says if voltage is available, replace the fuel pump. I don’t understand that?
It goes on to say if no voltage is available check the main relay. ? I know my relay is working.
