Default Only 2.5 volts at fuel pump

Looking for a little bit of help on this one.

My 93 LX will not start checked the fuel filter and am not getting fuel there.

Further trouble shot and verified that the Fuel pump is operational by pulling pump out and hooking pump directly to 12V.

Jumped pin 5 and 7 at fuel pump relay connector. Checked voltage at fuel pump connection and read 12V.

Placed fuel pump relay back into circuit and then read 2.5 volts at fuel pump connection.

Checked continuity of relay while placing voltage to corresponding pins and all continuity checks were good.

Looking for some suggestions on anything else I can check to finish troubleshooting before I load the shotgun and replace the fuel pump relay?

Thanks ahead of time for any help.

are you sure it reads 2/5volts... remember when you first turn the ignition on it has power and then its power is cut down if not off after just a few seconds....

You almost certainly have a bad main relay. Either replace it, or resolder it:
