Gas Door Cable Replacement
Good morning,
I have a 2011 Civic and the gas door stopper is broken. The cable itself is still functional. However, I'm told I need a whole new cable (part is $60), but the labor adds another $750 because they have to take out the rocker panels and run the cable. Does this make sense? Is it a do-it-yourself type of job?
Any comments are appreciated? Thank you!
