Hey guys, One of my family firends owns a 2005 civic si-g, this is in canada. we got into a discussion of cars one day, talkin about horsepower, tourque, he told me his 2005 civic si-g has 147horsepower????? now i dont believe him, but i decided to ask you guys the "experts" and if someone could let me know how much horsepower a 2005 civic si-g really has!

The Civic Si-g is like the EX model over here in the states. If his car is stock, and I assume it is then it has the following numbers: 127 bhp @ 6300 rpm and 114 lb-ft @ 4800 rpm. Even the new 2006 Civic EX is only pushing 140 bhp @ 6300 which is still not 147 horsepower like your buddy said.
