getting rid of the SOHC D motor, what do i need for b20?

Default getting rid of the SOHC D motor, what do i need for b20?
I want to buy a b20 block for my car, but what else would i need to replace if i was to do that? i know ill need the mounts and things like that, but would i need a new head, tranny, clutch, axles, etc?

any help is appreciated

by the way im new here =(
