i have a 91 civic DX HB. after a min or sometimes not that long, i lose al my power and i cant go above 3500rpms, if i rev the motor it acts like i have a rev limiter at 3500rpm and i dont.i have changed my hole intake and all the sensors,i got a new speed sensor and i have a new ecu on the way. Oh my ecu was giving 4.7,10,14.17 codes so thats is y i have a new ecu coming.Do u think that will fix it? If not, what else can it be?

does it like go off like a rev limiter o go no higher? did you check plugs? wires? dizzy? could be a lot to do with ignition. or timing.those are my guess's

 

all new ignition,and no timing problems ????????????????
