Grinding Noise?

Yes. I finally figured it out the other day. It turned out to be a loost heat shield under the car for the exhaust. I simply had to unbolt it and basically saw one part off. I just wont be parking on tall grass? lol. But the solved my problem.

Good to hear, an easy fix for loose heat shields (unless they are almost completely rusted away, then i just remove them) is get a few large screw type hose clamps, and then just wrap them around the exhaust (you may have to join more then one together if ttrying to clamp around the cat, for instance) and then just tighten them down, holds the heat shield nice and tight.
