so i bought some halo headlights for my eg and need some hepl on installing the black and red wire that comes with it. i dont know where to connect them. can somebody help

 

the black and red wire is for the actuall halos, you could run a new switch for them, or run it to your driving lights, and have them turn on when you turn on the driving lights

 

i dont understand. so i hook up the black wire to the ground and the red one where?

 

hook up the black wire to ground and the red wire to any wire that has 12v running through it. The Halos will last a lot longer if you wire them to a swtich. It is more of a hassel and takes more time but it might be worth it. its your choice though. you can hook your halos to your normal lights and they will come on when you turn your headlights on. nope, hook uop the red/black wire to your parking lights, so that the halos turn on when your running lights are on. or if you wanna be smooth, you can hook them up to your turn signal. but, if they dont work the first time, switch the wires. good luck.
