HAND BRAKE HELP!!!!

any one know how to remove the hand brake handle?? does it twist off?? b/c i canttwist itoff..ANY HELP IS GREAT!!!!!!

sry..its for a 00 civic hatch dx..i got a tenzo r hand brake..looks like the pic, i think ur suppose to remove the stock(the part where u grab) and but this on w/ a screw
