I had this exact problem afte I got my clutch replaced. I took it back to the shop and 5 minutes later it was fine. Thy said they lubed the linkage up and did something else I catn really remember. Now it shifts perfectly. Point is take it to a shop and tell them what you told us and if the shop is any good 5 minutes later it should be fixed.
