i would go with the first lights. are they made by Depo? they make some pretty good replacement parts. have you checked on ebay? there may be some used sets that might be at a better price. remember with any set of aftermarket headlights to seal them up with clear silicone or water would build up in them

I agree that Depo lights are of very good quality, pretty much identical to stock. If that's what you're really buying. The first page says "We carry DEPO" but does not say the brand of that particular headlight.
