Default Headlights just died?? What could it be!

Hey guys, my wife has a 2003 Honda Civic 4 door and the head lights just quit!

She has day time running lights and high beams, but if you manually turn the headlights on there are no lights (head lights, markers still work).
I have checked the fuses and the fuses are fine. The bulbs are obviously fine because she has day time running and highs...

Any ideas what is could be? I am stummped.

Thanks!

Even if the high beams and the daytime running lights work just fine?

When we turn the switch to turn the head lights on you can hear the relay go under the dash, so the relay is definately switching... Is there a head light control module for the head lights like the one for the DRL's?

could be either a bad ground or the actual headlight switch itself. if the DRLs work, those are your highbeams running on a reduced voltage, so we know that both the bulbs and the DRL circut work. My money is on the headlight switch, but best bet is to grab a testlight and see if you can narrow down the problem!

both of the headlights don't work or just one. I would still just try to switch the bulb. might be two lights in one and the headlights just don't work but if both are out might be a fuse. Did you check the fuse under the hood.
