Ok I got the engine running perfectly but I have not yet replaced the fuel filter I get a little hic up once in a while is the fuel filter to blame? Thanks for the help guys.

I cleaned the injectors at my freinds shop and now it is perfect I decided to try it just to see what would happen after I saw that injectors were like 130 bucks, and it worked. I did it to all of them just to make sure I didnt have to do it any time soon.

Nice. How did you clean them? Can you provide some details that might help other members?

To tell you the truth I just soaked them in gasoline and then wiped them off really good anybody could do it and its pretty much free so if it doesnt work you dont loose any.

On a side not do you think that the hickups every little bit could be the fuel filter I feel that it is and am going to replace it even if I am not getting a CEL.

I would first check the plugs, cap, and rotor, as well as the ignition timing.
