Hello, I have a 2001 honda civic that has hesitation problems and idles rough as well but does not do it all the time. Need help please anyone.

 

That could be like 25 different things.
When does it idle rough, hot or cold? When is the car hesitating, on acceleration from a stop? Is it misfiring?

Better start with easy stuff like checking oil level, spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, Distributor cap and rotor, trans fluid level. Without more info from you it's near impossible to identify your problem.
