Default high water temp

hi guys, i'm new here..

i've got2 problems with my 92 civic SI sohc....
1) the water tem always go upto red zone when the radiator and reserve still has water in it.why is this so?
2) and the radiator seems to have some brown sludge whenever i topup the water.
after some weeks, the reservewater will turn chalky and brown.. and i need to get it replace. previously i got my radiator replaced as the sludge harden and chalked the radiator causing the water temp to went up.

i am afraid history is repeating... so ple advise.. thanks!!!

yes you are right.. this is what my technician suggest to me.. he said coolant will "bite" into the component.
so its the water that causes all these??
so pls advise what should i do now?
dismantle the whole radiator and wash it? after that pour in coolant mix with water?

Add coolant. The specific gravity of glycol is different than straight distilled water. Also, You may have killed your water pump. If the impeller breaks off you will not get any circulation. Does your heat work?
Good Luck
