Default Honda civic 2010

hi guys just got home after a drive was raining slightly and now i have the hazard light problem as in they wont shut off i have removed the fuse for now but when i put it back in the problem is on going any advice

Well, it definitely sounds as if your problem is the hazard light switch. If the switch were working and disconnected when you pushed it, the circuit would be open and the lights would not be flashing. Maybe try a quick shot of electrical cleaner spray into the switch while the fuse is out. Let it sit a few minutes to dry, then put the fuse back in and try the switch a couple of times to see if it's freed up. If not, time for a new switch.
