Honda Civic won't start.
Okay, Got a 1990 Honda Civic Hatchback with a 1.5 engine DX
It wont start. engine cranks, but it wont start up I have replaced the distributor, the fuel pump, and the main relay, and the alternator but the problem still continues. There is no spark, but the distributor is brand new. Am thinking it could be the camshaft sensor but not sure. Any ideas what could be going on? Yes, I have gas in the car, and the battery has been tested and works.

Instead of replacing things, first, you should check or have a mechanic check to see which component is causing the problem. Di you check the coil's primary and secondary resistance? The igniter can fail at 120,000 miles or so. Do you have a service manual and a multimeter?

Check that the timing belt is not stripped-- the cam rotates when you crank. All the rotation sensors are inside the distributor. Check that battery voltage is reaching the distributor on the large black and yellow wire.
