Default Honest Honda Mechanic Needed in Dallas, TX

I have a 95 Honda EX (V Tec) Civic that Ive had for years. Ive put in a new/used engine a couple yrs ago so it only has about, maybe 20,000 miles or so on it. Im in no condition to buy a new car. So my only option right now is to spend whatever I have fixing the dameges according to priority. Right now I need to have my rear brakes put in. I went to Midas to get an estimate and they wanna charge me $300 to repair the rear brakes and drums. I also need the radiator fan motor put in as well. Is there anyone in the Dallas area that can help.?

Default Hondew is an excellent and honest shop

Hondew is an honest and good business. My son was driving an Acura across country when it started to overheat (he thought) near Dallas. I found positive comments about Hondew on the web and called them. Even though it was almost 5:00, they brought in his car and determined that it was only AC condensation.

They could have taken advantage of my son or not dealt with his issue at all. Instead the tech found the problem, explained it to my son and sent him out without charging him anything. This shouldn't be unheard of but these days it is. I'm grateful for these guys and would recommend them to anyone
