Default How do you remove a '96 door panel?

HELP! I need to remove all four door panels off my 1996 Honda Civic LX. My windows are getting stuck, or sometimes not even working. I'm thinking the tracks need to be oiled or at least examined. I want to take off the door panels in order to inspect this problem a little further. I tried taking some of it off but its all plastic and I'm afraid to break anything. How do I do this? Does the door slide out? Pop up? As much info as anyone could provide would be lovely. Thanx for the help in advance.

Most of the trim on the door panels is held in place by little plastic tabs. Generally if you pop them up with a flat tip screwdriver, wrapped in tap or a rag, they will come off. For the front doors though your speakers will have some phillips (+) screws holding the speakers and grill in place. Use care here as in the past I've found that the connections for the speaker are very short and come off a little to easy. I hope this helps.
