HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE OUTER TAIL

Default HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE OUTER TAIL

the outer tail light is giving me hell to get off i removed the 3 nuts and the far plastic cover. then when i try to remove it it will not budge so right now i'm looking real rice with diffrent inner tails.

there is a fourth screw that is closer to the quarter panel.

the windows may also be stuck because the gasket keeps it tight.
