I need help...Does anybody know how to change Outer Tie Rod ends and the CV- Axles or Half Shafts? My are in need of new ones and Sears told me 600 dollars to fix it so i figured i would do it myself. But i need instructions and possibly the parts.

 

first of all dont go to sears, i work there and i wouldnt trust them with my car (theya re also expensive), secondly get a manual, try ebay for a good deal, the parts u should be able to order through advanced auto parts or autozone ect.

 

if you are somewhat mechaically inclined you can do it. its kinda just removal and replacement for them both. just get a manuel. you will need 10,12,14,17,19, and 32mm sockets, balljoint seperator, long breaker bar, an impact (not needed but sure helps)
