Outer Tie rod tool...
I have repaired certain parts of my Civic(92 LX) before but have never dealt with the Outer Tie Rods. After checking out DIY after DIY of "tie rod replacement" I know messing with the fork with most likely tear the boot but I'm cheapskate & trying to get the cheapest tie rod tool.
But I'm confused...They have different SIZES for tool that look like this:
WILMAR W83025 TIE ROD END REMOVER - eBay (item 260773154211 end time May-22-11 10:16:05 PDT)
Which is pretty cheap & I'm all willing to buy but which size belongs to my car? Or does it not matter?
And do pullers like this actually work well:
Tie Rod & Other Pitman Arm Pullers - Harbor Freight Tools
I'm just confused because I was browsing ebay & saw a few different sized Tie Rod Tools...that's all that has me confused.
Can anyone UN-confuse me please

not too sure on the sizes and all that, or if you want to keep the tool, but i know autozone/pepboys loans these tools, so if the one you get doesnt fit you can just go get the other one, and you get all your money back in the end regardless
