ok heres what you do, there are 3 srews that hold the dizzy cap on, take the cap off, leave the wires attached ok. next there is a little plactic cover on the bottom of the rotor, remove thes its held on by some little tabs. ok now look on the shaft of the rotor and youll see a little tiny phillips screw holding it on, remove this.slide the rotor off, now place your new rotor on lineing up the hole with the screw hole put the srew indont drop it ok...lol.. make sure its tight, ok they like to come loose.
Now with your new cap place it one your dizzy and screw it on, and with your old dizzy cap in hand pull one wire off at a time and put them back on the cap.
as far has the service manual, i have one and they are worth the money i actuall y paid more then 250 for mine, but it come in very handy.

Now this picture is with the cap off. Like Hatch said, there is gonna be a screw that is holding the rotor on. Unscrew this screw and put the other one on. CAKE!

That picture is horrible!
The Factory Service Manuals are very expensive, but they detail every single thing in car, and I mean EVERYTHING. If you don't want to dish out that kind of money, a Haynes (or similar) manual will detail the major projects (such as the distributor and rotor replacement) at a much more reasonable price, probably around $15.

better yet, find a DIY tutorial online with pictures.
there's tons of them for such an easy task, and they're free.
i replaced mine this past weekend and it took 10 minutes tops. but getting an OEM repair manual pays for itself pretty quickly.
