This is assuming the bearing didn't get so hot that it melted the seal in the front of the compressor, causing a leak.

When it's time to run it again, I'm going to replace the A/C compressor/clutch. Comp was used when I got it. LONG LONG story. But I'll get a good one next time to start with....
I know, flush lines,replace reciever dryer and expansion valve. Did it all last time..
