Default I need help!!!

OK guys a lady just hit my civic n cracked my damn bumper cover. she doesnt wanna go through the insurance cuz she already has several accidents. She is willing to give me the cash. i found just the bumper cover online painted honda white and sent to my door for about 250. there is a part above the bumper cover right under the light that I need but dont kno the name. It is right under the light looks like a little rectangular piece of metal right under the light and above the bumper cover. Ur help would greatly b appreciated.

technically no. but i have learned a lot through necessity that comes with being broke and trying to fix up my car. and my bro bent that piece on his car, so i had to go buy a new one.
