I have a problem with the air conditioning system on my honda civic ex 96.evrething seems to be working,the fan is working and everything else,the system blows air,but it's only the air from outside the car.so I don't have either heat or cold?from where can be that problem and do I have to remove the whole dashboard to fix it?
