Default Idel and Engine Surge Problem

New here, hope i can get some info...

90 Civic, started to surge when idle. Found out that the rotor cap was not spinning, changed that and also the distributor (distributor ended up being bad). Car ran great for about a week and then the same problem. Everytime i'm idling the engine would surge. Check hoses for leaks, no leaks. changed the fuel filter, and now works fine for about a week. Then recently the car started to shake like it was going to surge when idle, but didnt turn off or surge. Am i being paranoid or is there anything else I can clean/check/repair. Also replaced the IACV.
Thanks.

Possibilities include air bubbles in the coolant system (solution = bleed), vacuum/air intake leak, or faulty fast idle valve.
