Angry Immobilizer! 2010 Civic

Immobilizer has me shutdown!

Bought 2010 Civic LX 85K miles used and key fob was really jacked up (though it worked). Purchased a couple new 3-button replacement remotes (http://amzn.com/B00L5IBVA4).

Key program instructions provided from Discount Keyless Programming (Discount Keyless Program) and after numerous attempts I could not get the Civic to enter into the reprogram mode. My original key FOB still works; however, the car activated the Immobilizer (guess it thought I was trying to steal it from myself).

Flashing Green Key light is on. Car starts then shuts off after 1 second. I've disconnected battery for 30 minutes... nothing helps.

Does anyone have a solution to bypass the Immobilizer? I don't want to tow the car to the dealer just so they can fix this.

UPDATE:

I was able to fix this problem by visiting my local Honda dealership this afternoon.

They provided me (upon evidence of owning the vehicle) the 5-digit Immobilizer Brake Code and corresponding instructions. This temporary method to start the car worked and I immediately drove it to the dealership.

They charged $95 to reprogram all three (3) key FOB's and thus effectively reset the Immobilizer. Bonus, only $20 more total to cut all three key blanks.

I'm out...
