I see pics of struts in people's trunks, but where the heck to they attach to? How do you install one?

ur gena have to cut the side carpet to stall it. pull the siding off(just a couple clips to get it off) and u'll see the struts sitting there. cut the carpet when the struts are and peel it back just enough to fit the end of the strut bar thru it. take the 4 bolts(2 on each strut) off and slip the ends of the tie bar over then put the bolts back on. its very simple and straight forward. dont jack up the car..
