Default junkyard engines

Ok so I was at the local junkyard today and I came across a few engines. I found a D16a1(ZC), a F22, and a B18(not sure about the rest of the number), and I was wondering which one would you rather have? The guy told me to come back with $400 and I might even be able to get tranny with each engine as well.
How much would it cost to get the engine and tranny rebuilt? For future reference I have a 94 civic CX hatch.

I would get the B18. Make sure you find out if its a C1, C5, or B.

what are the differences between the different B18's?
Could someone explain a little about the F22 series engines, and the different ecu's (obd1, obd2, obd0, etc.)
