Default loss of power

i got a 00 civic with dc headers, aem short ram intake, & greddy cat back exhaust sytem. just your basic set up i know, but i'm loosing power around 4000 rpm. i'm thinking that cat got plugged or somthing, but it wasn't. i would like to know where would another place too look for trouble... vtech solnoid probably clogged? any input would be of great help.

wats up man by any chance did it start after u put in your headers, because if you have 4-2-1 headers it would givee you that bottom end torque and 4-1 headers would give you that more high end torque. Other than that i dont really no wat else it could be, best thing to do is take it to a shop that gives free inspections find out whats wrong and fix it yourself thats what i do if i dont no what the prob is.

quite literally, that is somewhat normal. all of those mods are meant to produce more high end power. with any mod you can expect to loose some of you lower and mid range power. the mods you have are more of a gateway mod...meaning that they are meant to be used on top of more performance parts(cams, IM, TB, etc.)
