Loss of spark
I got a fun one for the Guru’s.
Subject: Loss of spark
Car decided one day to not start. Through process of troubleshooting this is what I have.
When checking for spark I get one sometimes two sparks at the coil then nothing. I have checked all three sensors in the distributor (TDC/CKP/CYP) Checked out good. I checked the CKF sensor as well (good). I removed the MSD and replaced back to stock (no help). All voltages to ICM are good. Replaced the ICM (didn’t help). Confirmed main relay to be good (both sides). Confirmed all wiring from the distributor to the PCM to be good. The only other thing that I can think of is to replace the PCM, but I was told by a Honda Racing shop that they doubt it very much and that I would probably throw a cel if it was the PCM.

It happend the same thing to me. First check the timing belt to see if it didnt skip.
If it's ok then that means that the msd coil was to strong for your distributor. in other words u need a new distributor. It took me a whole week to find out the problem.
If u need more advise hit me up

Update:
None of this was making sense to me. All the tests I did were pointing to the ICM, but I had already replaced it twice. Ah why not, let’s replace it again. So I replaced the ICM for the third time and what do you know, I’m back on the road.
