Default low idle

Ok i have sereach all the threads and nothing has came close. i have 95 honda civic coupe v-tec auto. I have swap d16z6 motor for a lower mile one which is still a d16z6. for the longest i drove around with a bouning idle just last week i find that my IM gasket was bad, change that and know i dont have a up and down idle. Now i have a low idle car does not shake it reads about 600 base on my engine anaylazer. i just change out my vaccum lines. check my volts for the tps and check my idle control valve that is good. check spark plug wires looks good change my plus NGK. I am not getting no CEL. Oh yeah check my FITV with another one i had and no change. Any input will be greatful. []

Did you attempt to adjust the idle via the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body? Note that the IACV must be disconnected while adjusting the idle.

yes i have tried the little screw but does not make much difference when the idle control is conectted or disconectted. I am out of ideals because i need to get the idle set right, the car is using my gas then ever.

600 rpms sounds about correct, it should idle up to 750 if u turn on all ur accesories, all my friends cars and including my rex idles around 650 or so. I could be wrong tho
