Default Lower alternator bolt missing

I am doing my timing belt today and noticed that there is no lower alternator bolt... I think that there is supposed to be one there right? All I have is the top one which holds its position on the bracket for belt tension. Does anyone know the dimensions of the lower bolt so I can just go to home depot or lowes and get one instead of going to the parts department at honda, or will that be my best bet?

Is #13 the one you're talking about? The long bolt? You can click on the image to zoom in.

It doesn't give any dimensions, I'd pull off the atlernator bracket and run to the hardware store to find one that fits, I'm sure it would be special order at the dealer as all older gen parts are. Looks like there's a nut on the end too so don't forget that.
