Valve cover gasket, grommets and sparkplug seals
Is sparkplug seals and grommets via valve cover easily removable under an 150,000 miles engine?

Yeah it's easy, hardest part is getting the valve cover off, pretty straight forward after that.
A pick helps to get the old gaskets out, like the ones they use at the dentist office.
Just take your time and be careful not to damage the new gaskets when you're putting them in.
