main relay blown, i think

so can you physical tell the ecu is bad by looking at its inerds to see burnt spots or anything like that? cuz i dont see anything

I think it is possible for ECU damage to not be physically visible.

Code 0 typically means the ECU is not getting proper power or ground.

Have you properly tested or resoldered the main relay. If not, do this first. Also check fuses 31, 24, and 18. You can't tell if they are bad by looking at them, so replace them with known good fuses.

Next clean and tighten the critical ground wire attached to the thermostat housing.

yes, main relay is in good shape and the ground is secure, i only checked the ecu fuse under the hood and now i will replace others to see if it cures it

The ground can become corroded, so also clean it to a shiny metallic luster to ensure good electrical contact.

This is the proper way to test fuses.

yup all fuses good main realy good, wires are good, no blown up and melted anything under car, did not smell smoke or see or anything when i touched wires, so i have a new ecu on the way and willsee if it fixes it

Potentially expensive guess. The ECU could be bad, but it would be wise first to check that the ECU connector gets battery voltage on the respective power terminals and has continuity to ground on the respective ground terminals. That is, it could be a wire rather than an ECU problem.
