main relay blown, i think
#21
ok for some back track there was not even a fuse in 24, 18 will not light the test light, but when i put a fuse in 24 the damn thing fires right up, so why did it run before when there was no fuse in 24? or did the thing just blow up and shoot right out of there?

Lesson: Always properly check fuses as the first step in troubleshooting a problem.
Solving this problem should have taken 30 minutes not 5 days.
Fuse 24 is needed to prime and keep the fuel pump running with the key in ON(II).
Fuse 18 is needed to run the fuel pump with the key in ON(III). Install a good fuse into slot #18 and test that it has power on both test tabs.

yup i like the 30 min part alot better than 5 days, so it runs everything is like it should now haha, now i discovered a new problem, when i had the fron of the car jacked up it leaked almost all of my power steering fluid out of the pass side front tire area, joy

The main relay supplies power not only to the fuel pump but also to several other components including the ECU. If the ECU does not get power, then there will be no spark.

Sounds like the end seal of the steering rack blew. You'll need to replace the rack, if so. Have fun with that.
