Hold down the trip meter button, turn the car to on, wait about 20 seconds, start the car, and let go of the button.

My light just went on as well. The past 2 months it was flashing a few times upon start up...then going away. Now it is on 24-7.

The car has 78,866 miles....is there some sort of milestone service at 80k?

when you guys post these questions, list your modle/year, on 96-00 civics, you put you key in a slot under the speedo that says "matnience required"....teggys have a button under the dash (94-01 i belive)
