Default Marker lights Quit working (smoking)

I can turn on my marker lights and they will work. But if I *turn my ignition on* and turn the marker lights on, some where close to the fuse panel up under the dash it starts smoking. Eventually burned my fuse out. Killed my marker lights and dash lights. I looked under the dash but cannot see any burnt wires nor could i feel any that were hot.

Any ideas what may be causing this? I have no clue where to start here. I don't think there is a grounded wire on my lights or this would occur just by turning my marker lights on. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
