Default missing internal heater lights/LED's

As these have never worked since I purchased the car I'm curious to know what lights / LED's should be on for the internal heater controls. My '97 Civic; only has the LED's for the air direction, foot, console, windshield, ETC. plus A/C, & recirc. air LED's working. No lights for the fan speed or cold/hot blend lever position. Are the LED's replaceable or do I need a complete module?

The lights for the background of the panel are incandescent, they burn out but can be replaced. The lights for the background of the panel are actually wired in parallel with the dash lights, including brightness control by the dimmer ****.

You will need to take the panel out of the car first to change the bulbs. Then you will see the little bulb sockets. Or upgrade them to LEDs using the same sort of conversion LEDs you would for dash lights.

In 1997 bright white LEDs like we buy today, didn't exist.
