what i told him to do is fine, free, and much safer than telling him to buy an ebay turbo kit. ebay turbo kit is poor advice. please explain to me how smoothing out exhaust ports will cause overheating. do i need to post pics of my personal work? it isnt brain surgery. theres plenty of extra material on a honda head. also, the guy doesnt want to spend money at a machine shop, or spend money on an ebay turbo kit (which will ultimately lead to him spending even more money on repairs due to the high probability of the turbo or manifold failing).

this took me around 30mins. did it while i had the head off getting it resurfaced, and installing the crowers. matched the intake side, installed cams and springs, advanced the intake cam 2 degrees, and noticed a big difference. (i know the bulk was the cams, but still, it was free and didnt hurt.) damnit, that pic turned out small...

of course a cheap ebay turbo isn't that great. that's why its cheap. All i'm saying is if you do this yourself, for correct heat dissipation be careful with grinding exhaust ports.
