Default my 90 civic wont start fater taking the alarm off

hi I have aproblem with my 90 civic h/b 1.5 4sp I just took the alarm out of the car cuz woulnt let me start the car no that the alarm is out still the same thing im not geting any spark and no power is going to the fuel pump i tested the fuel pump and is fine the car trys to start also there is a relay that was making a klicking sound and now there is no sound if eany one know what i can do to fix it i would apreciate that I need to start the car to put a new transmision and test it.

ok i replaced the main relay and still no luck keeps doing the same thing enyone help please.
