Default need block heater help plz

This is my 1st civic (hatchback DX) and I bought a block heater to install but not quite sure about its location. My car is a 1.5L and from what I can figure out is that the block heater location is on the front of the block on the passenger side. Its a screw in type heater. Ive only ever installed them on older trucks and never seen a frost plug thats threaded. there seems to be a pretty big bolt/plug located just beside and below the exhaust manifold, so my question is : do I remove this bolt and is this where the block heater screws into?? Is there anything I need to know before removing this bolt? Such as reverse threading or anything?? And will this bolt come out fairly easy using a breaker bar or should I be careful of snapping it off or anything?? Thanks a ton for any help you guys can give me on this.
